We all live surrounded by objects that are so commonplace, or ordinary, that we take them for granted or ignore them altogether. Yet many of them shape our lives in extraordinary ways. Because they do, they are worth more than a passing glance.

This course will highlight some of these ordinary things and explain why they matter, all in the hope that these samples will encourage you to notice and appreciate more of the rest.
